Our client is seeking a warehouse supervisor to head the PM shift from 4pm - Midnight.

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor in the aluminum industry located in Eastern Creek. We are looking for a warehouse supervisor that can confidently cover all aspects to ensure the customers' orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner, to meet quality standard and achieve high service levels and to lead and support a team of 50 plus staff.

To do this, you will need to have experience in supervising the day-to-day warehouse, ensuring excellent customer service, high productivity, scheduling staff and ensuring a safe work environment

Requirements

- Cert III Warehouse Operations

- LMA Challenge of Leadership/Cert IV Warehousing Operations

- Incident Investigation (ICAM)

- Successful completion of Load Restraint training

- Successful completion of Manual Handling Training

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office & D365





- Experience supervising a quality focused distribution team.

- Experience in leading a team in a energetic environment.

- Experience of handheld scanners

- Experience of location-based inventory systems

- Experience of stock control and manual stock counting

- Experience working to schedules and lead

times to meet customer demand.

- Understands and practices Lean manufacturing techniques.

- Understands and practices business improvement processes.

- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

- Flexible in response to work priorities and issues

- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.

- Developed time management skills.
