As the Commercial Property Manager, your duties will include:

- Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Property inspections and preparation of condition reports
- Compiling monthly financial and written reports
- Managing tenant arrears

To be considered for this exciting Commercial Property Manager, you will have:

- At least two years experience within a similar, commercial property manager role
- Self-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add value
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A real passion for commercial property management
- Outstanding client services
- A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
- A current Queensland driver's license.
