your role
managing the inspections of rental properties in and surrounding the Stonnington area.
- Salary up to $70,000
- Conducting Open for Inspections (Saturdays required)
- Completing ingoing Condition Reports
- Completing Routine Inspections of tenanted properties
- Finalizing Vacate inspections
your advantage
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in a Real Estate office
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
