Are you an experienced Leasing Consultant or Property Officer with 6-12 months of experience looking for a new opportunity? Join a family-oriented office on the Upper North Shore and become part of a mature and supportive team in a lovely office environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage property inspections, applications, and leasing agreements along with routine inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in a qualified and caring manner

What we’re looking for:

- 6-12 months of relevant experience in leasing or property management




- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License holder
- A reliable car for travel and Saturday availability
- A mature, professional approach with strong communication skills and strong attention to detail
