Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a fun and agile team on the Central Coast?

We are looking for a confident person with Property Management experience. Outstanding time management and organisational skills are key. We would like the candidate to have great written and verbal communication skills and someone who enjoys providing a fantastic customer experience.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Day to day management of the portfolio
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades/creditors
- Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Prepare and sign lease renewals
- Rent increases and arrears management




- Maintaining properties and arranging any required repairs

About you, to be considered for this role the ideal applicant will possess:

- Property management experience
- Real Estate License
- Current Australian Drivers License and reliable registered and insured vehicle
- Knowledge of Property Me and Rental Bonds Online is a bonus
