The Role:

We are currently hiring a full-time Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties. This position will be based in our Springwood office. Applicants must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of residential property management, backed by prior experience in the industry. As a Portfolio Property Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties and services for both clients and properties within your portfolio, including:

- Ensuring adherence to defined service standards and legislative compliance
- Maintaining a high level of communication, with same-day response to client inquiries
- Cultivating and strengthening client relationships to foster organic growth
- Meeting and maintaining KPIs and best practice standards
- Efficiently managing day-to-day portfolio tasks
