About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Property Officer who is:

- 1 - 2 Years Experience (Experience is not necessary, but the candidate must be holding a certificate of registration in real estate)
- Hardworking and self-driven
- Possesses a bubbly and sociable personality, essential for frequent interactions with clients
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has access to a reliable vehicle
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Skilled in effective communication and problem-solving
- Adaptable and eager to embrace recent technologies

Key Responsibilities

As a Leasing Officer, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Conducting ingoing and outgoing property inspections
- Managing the bond process efficiently and accurately
- Performing routine inspections to ensure property standards
- Handling leasing inquiries and processing applications from prospective tenants




- Organizing and conducting leasing and open-for-inspection events
- Assisting with maintenance and repair requests and coordinating with service providers
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing tenant concerns
- Maintaining up-to-date records and reports on property management activities
- Collaborating with the team to support and achieve business objectives
