Our property management structure is primarily support focused, with internal property managers assisting agents in the field with administrative & technical tasks. Going from strength to strength our Head Office team continues to grow as our agents grow their rent rolls around the country.

@realty, a national real estate company with over 800 agents operating throughout Australia & New Zealand, is seeking a highly motivated and organised Property Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting agents within our network throughout Australia & New Zealand in the day to day administrative duties of PM
- Communicate effectively and regularly with real estate agents in the field
- Keep agents up to date with changes in our tenancy laws as needed
- Manage communications from landlords and tenants
- Report to the Property Management Team Lead about ongoing operations
- Manage administrative tasks on a needs basis such as trust account receipting, reconciling and disbursements, maintenance requests,



arrears management, compliance reporting & upkeep, new managements & tenancies, invoicing & tenant charges, vacates & bond management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
- IT proficiency with Google Products (Google Workspace) and computer-based systems in general
- Robust organisational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and manage several tasks at once
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Property Tree, Inspection Manager) is a plus
- Current Real Estate qualifications of either a Real Estate Licence or Agent Representative / Salespersons Certificate
