This is a unique role for a Residential Property Manager to start a career as an Onsite Property Manager or an Onsite Property Manager wanting to work for an Australian owned and Australian based company. Our client own the management rights to this complex and 8 others so progression and job security is a given!
Being onsite in a small complex you will be responsible for:
- Management of a clean and tidy portfolio all in the 1 spot
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Rental arrears management
- Maintenance
The ideal Property Manager:
- Previous Property Manager experience (essential)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentation skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
- Team player
