The Role:
• Property Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, managing everything from owner and tenant relations to PCR, Routine inspections, final inspections, and maintenance; and
• Driving Relationships: Build strong relationships with property owners and clients, drive referrals, and expand our network.

About You
• Experienced Pro: Bring a minimum of 5 years in property management, along with a current QLD Registration/Licence;
• Full working rights, to work in Australia;
• Master Communicator: High-level negotiation and communication skills, with hands-on experience using Property Tree, Inspect RE, and Inspection Express; and
• Driven & Fun: A motivated team player who loves hitting targets and enjoying a fun team to work with.
