What We Are Looking For:
- Great phone skills and communication
- Robust written and interpersonal abilities with a knack for building client relationships
- Proactive and able to work well both on your own and with a team
- Positive attitude and a can-do spirit
- Good with computers and software, Property Tree experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Organised with excellent time management
- Quick thinker who can solve problems and handle conflicts
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act 1997
- Must have a Property Representatives Licence and a current drivers licence
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct detailed inspections of rental properties
- Host open homes and routine inspections
- Draft, renew, and manage lease agreements
- Process rental applications
- Handle maintenance requests and work with trades
- Follow up on outstanding rental payments
- Use property management software like Property Tree and Inspect Real Estate
- Build and maintain good relationships with landlords and tenants
- Keep detailed records and manage schedules
- Work with our sales, marketing, and management team
