Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of 120 residential properties, ensuring maximum occupancy rates and rental income.
- Conduct thorough property inspections, including routine inspections, entry, and exit reports.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Execute lease agreements and conduct thorough tenant screenings.
- Collaborate with property owners to deliver proactive communication and financial reporting.
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation and industry changes.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Property Manager, with expertise in managing residential properties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
- Well-presented and professional demeanor, instilling confidence in clients.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills,



with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A reliable vehicle for property inspections and visits.
- Proficiency in property management software Property Me.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
- Possess a valid QLD real estate certificate.
