PERSOLKELLY is partnering with a major Facilities Management company in finding an Accounts Payable Officer. This role will see you help with audits, data management, administration, and other end-to-end accounts payable duties. Someone who is used to working in a high-volume workplace and is an excellent communicator would be well suited to this role.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Maintains inventory management records with fixed assets and capital items
- Assist with costing audits and report any spending irregularities
- Run and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure all invoices are paid and transactions recorded in line with company policy
- Effectively communicate and escalate any relevant items to management
- Identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining processes and system maintenance or upgrade
The Ideal Candidate Should Have
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in end-to-end accounts payable
- High attention to detail
- Competent ability with the Microsoft office suite
- Ability to work autonomously and with a large team
- Ability to manage pressure of a high-volume environment
- Excellent customer service skills
