About the role:
Due to growth within the business we are looking for a Strata Community Managers to join our Gold Coast team. We are taking on a number of high profile and prestigious developments in the next year and we want experienced and focussed managers.
The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company’s key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, which may include layered schemes & BMS
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage correspondence via phone and written communications
- Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes
- Attending meetings, both committee and general
- Ensure your portfolio remains compliant with compliance related matters such as WH&S;, Fire Safety and other relevant legislative requirement
- Assisting with the training and development of junior staff, including mentoring your own assistant
About you:
The successful candidate will:
- Have a at least 2 years prior experience as a Strata Manager
- Experience with BUGTA, BMS's and layered schemes
- Be conversant in strata legislation
- Have strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities
- Possess high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Experience in StrataMax is highly desirable but not essential
