Join Our Team as a Part Time Village Manager at Eureka Villages!

Eureka Villages specialises in owning, operating, and managing rental retirement communities. We are dedicated to placing our residents at the core of our mission. We are seeking a compassionate, resident-focused Village Manager with strong business management skills for our Eureka Seniors Rental Village in Christie Downs, SA.

Join Our Team:

Contribute to creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging workplace for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Part time hours (25 hours per week)
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retirement village.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure a high-quality living experience.
- Coordinate facilities management activities to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including reporting and documentation.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and promote community events.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Conduct tours for potential residents, showcasing our community’s offerings.
- Undertake inductions for new residents and manage departures.

Skills:

- High level of compassion when interacting with seniors.




- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with residents and stakeholders.
- Strong business management capabilities, including administration and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with B2B networking and event planning.
- Property Management

Qualifications:

- Mid-senior level experience in property management or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Real Estate license desired.
