Based in Port Adelaide, this government department has increased activity resulting in a need for more contractors. We are currently seeking Accounts Payable Officers to commence immediately in ongoing casual roles.

Your new role
Working in a team setting, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Performing duties related to processing invoices for different government departments and agencies
- Handle financial transaction processing, collating and analysing information
- Investigating and correcting any discrepancies with all relevant data, including invoice details, supplier details, etc.

What you'll need to succeed

- experience in general accounting




- quick learner and able to learn and use multiple software systems
- experience on emails and telephones and Microsoft office
- high attention to detail and accuracy
- a current National Police Clearance
