Your new company

A local construction company, dedicated to delivering results within the residential, commercial, retail, fit out and industrial space is currently on the search for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team in the Inner-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This position is Full-time and is based on a fixed term 12-Month contract with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate!

Your recent role

Reporting to the finance manager you will ensure that all company expenses and payments are recorded accurately and in line with company guidelines

- end-to-end accounts payable duties
- Account reconciliation
- Stakeholder management - internal and external
- Other Ad-hoc administrative duties





What you'll need to succeed

- Proven accounts payable/bookkeeping experience
- Time-management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Co-operative team approach
- Customer service orientated with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving and ability to use initiative
