About our Centre
Goodstart Early Learning Port Kennedy is located across the road from Rockingham Lakes Primary School. Our centre has recently been rated an Exceeding centre, which is a tremendous award that we are extremely proud of. Several of our educators are bi- or multi-lingual, and share their native languages with the children as well as extending the hand of familiarity to children from similar backgrounds, promoting a sense of self and belonging.
* Fulltime – 38 hours
* Opening hours 6:30am – 6pm
* Rotating roster (however can be negotiated) to support work life balance
* Supportive Centre Director

You’ll help achieve this by
* Hold or studying a Diploma of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Hold a valid WWCC in WA
* Support the centre director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
* Mentor and build capabilities with the Centre team
* Be responsible for the overall management of the Centre in the Centre Director’s absence




* Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
