Industry Beans York St. is an architecturally designed specialty coffee venue in the CBD, offering a full brunch menu and an exciting coffee program. Coffee is front and center with custom designed Modbar, as well as batch brew filter, cold brew on tap, signature drinks and a focus on retail coffee. Trading 7 days a week, it’s a destination for office workers, food & coffee lovers and weekend brunch goers alike.

About the Role

We’re looking for passionate Baristas to join our team in delivering a premium coffee program and engaged customer experience. The right Baristas will be experienced and passionate, with a strong work ethic and focus to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

This Position Offers:

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

- A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
- Advanced barista skills (latte art, dialling in, trouble-shooting etc.)
- A strong work ethic with a customer-focused attitude
- A positive and professional demeanor
- An excitement and ability to engage with customers about our coffee, menu, and brand.
- The ability to work a minimum of three days a week including weekends
