We are looking for an enthusiastic shop manager to be in charge of the day-to-day operations of our Luxury Baby Store in Bulimba and ensure our customers have excellent shopping experiences.

Shop Manager Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day to day operational requirements, driving sales to achieve targets and budgets

whilst ensuring a dynamic and positive customer experience. You would need to be comfortable working on your

own.

Other responsibilities include:

Maintaining a well presented and stocked store

Liaising with the Melbourne HQ on a daily basis regarding all aspects of the store

Shop Manager Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail position

Solid management skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong customer focus

Able to work independently without supervision

Set sales targets and be involved in developing promotional campaigns

Position Details:

The store is open Wednesday to Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm

Total hours: 30

This could a full time roll or shared between 2 people so we are open to discussions with the right candidates regarding hours.
