Outdoor Elegance Sydney is currently looking for Sales Assistants for casual roles to be part of our growing team. To succeed in this role you will have experience in a customer focused retail setting or be willing to learn, are passionate about customer service and customer experience and have excellent communication and organisational skills. Candidates with retail sales experience, especially in high end, luxury or furniture, would be seen as highly valuable.

About the Role:

- Customer service
- Sales, both customer facing and phone
- Visual merchandising
- Store maintenance and cleaning
- Customer order follow up
- Stock control
- Weekend shifts required
- Some manual handling

What it Takes:

- Sales experience in a retail environment
- Sales experience in high value items
- The ability to identify and close a sale opportunity
- Team player with ability to also work independently
- POS operation
