About the Opportunity:
We are looking for Cocktail Bartenders to join our team at Yakimono and deliver a memorable experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

- Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a vibrant, high-volume venue
- Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
