Our Community Specialists will work to excite and delight all our consumers, help build brand awareness and provide an

exceptional service to all our consumers.

On a day-to-day basis you will provide enthusiasm for our products and experiences, respond to inquiries and provide

solutions to any problems. To do this role well you must be able to communicate clearly, remain calm and professional

and demonstrate empathy when providing support for our consumers.

Working with a team, you will ensure that you help increase brand awareness across Australia, actively seek input from

consumers to help with improvements and future direction and and create a consistent and excellent experience for all

those consumers you interact with. You will be supported with training, variety in your role and the flexibility to do

whatever is necessary to create great consumer experiences.

Responsibilities





You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and be accountable for the following:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards consumers at all times

• Responding promptly to consumer inquiries via phone, email and social media

• Acknowledging and resolving complaints and inquiries

• Keeping record of consumer interactions and comments to ensure they are addressed promptly

• Working to help process improvements and efficiencies

Position Requirements and Skills

• 2 years of minimum experience in a service role – hospitality, retail or administration

• Ability stay calm when consumers are stressed, frustrated or upset

• Encouraging conversation between the consumer and our brand

• Maintaining the marketing tools relevant to the role – website, third party listings, electronic direct mail (EDM)

• Knowing our products and systems inside and out so that you can answer questions

• Regular reporting on what our community is talking about and contributing to building brand awareness
