Your Impact

As an Educator at Goodstart , y ou will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe , inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and response to the needs of all children.

You’ll help achieve this by

- Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engaging and supervising the children at all times
- Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families





- Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

About Our Centre

Goodstart Corowa is located in a residential area close to local schools, shops and community facilities. Our Centre has a beautiful outdoor play area with a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces. This is terrific as physical play and movement is essential in the education of young children. With sandpits, natural and manmade play surfaces, pet rabbits, herb and vegetable patches, a water tank and lots of shade, the children are protected and given every chance to explore and use their imaginations
