Your Impact
As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and response to the needs of all children.

About our Centre
Goodstart Early Learning Cowra is situated close to the centre of town,



within walking distance to Cowra’s nature-based adventure playground and the iconic Japanese Gardens.

Our centre consists of three rooms; nursery (0-2), toddlers (2-3) and prekinder (3-5). We also have one room set aside for meetings, therapy support space, family information session and much more. Our large outdoor spaces encourage children to play, explore and imagine. Our outdoor learning curriculum scaffolds children’s increasing knowledge of, and respect for natural and constructed environments.

You’ll need:




Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current NSW Working with Children Check
Proof of primary course of immunisation against COVID-19
Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)(or be willing to receive)
