Your new role
As the Facilities Coordinator, your new position will include duties such as:

- Manage and maintain the system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the site.
- Delegate and allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPI's are achieved.
- Respond to the reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses.




- Oversee the supervision and management of maintenance and support staff on the contract.
- Conduct periodic maintenance inspections of services, plant and equipment.

What you'll need to succeed

- To be considered for this role you must be Australian Citizen!

- Experience in a similar role within a property, building/facilities management or a corporate real estate environment
- Technical trade background is not essential but highly regarded.
- Current Driver's License and own vehicle is a must.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach.
- Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Work Order Management Systems
