Your new company
You will be joining a well established Australian fashion retail business that has dominated it's market for over 10 years. This ecommerce business is fast paced and ever evolving, so you will enjoy the thrills of exciting new projects and collaboration across the team of over 50. You will be reporting into the Finance Manager, alongside a finance team of 5.

Your new role
In your new role you will play an essential part in the financial management of the organisation, responsible for supporting the Financial Controller.

- Co-ordinate month end close and presentation to the Financial Controller
- Monthly reconciliations and distribution of the monthly Management Reporting Pack
- Cashflow & inventory management
- Ensure strong financial policies and procedures are in place




- Business Partnering to support the operational departments
- With the recent implementation of NetSuite you will identify and implement new financial processes and improvements

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Commerce or related field as well as CA/CPA qualification. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills will be essential. This role will be well suited to someone with 5+ years of experience, ideally in a Big 4/mid tier or retail business.
