A leading bank are looking for a Financial Controller to join the team in a newly created role.

Your new role
As the Financial Controller you will work closely with the Head of Finance and the CFO to provide key financial information, monthly and annually. This includes:

- Ensure month end and year end processes are completed
- Review General Ledger Reconciliations
- Overview and support area of the automation of financial operations, through streamlining and process improvement.
- Review tax calculations and returns - GST, FBT, WHT and FATCA.




- Support and ensure regulatory APRA reporting is completed timely and accurately.
- You will support the Treasury Manager with liquidity and other risks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a CA/ CPA qualified Finance Manager with a retail banking background and APRA reporting experience. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role and managed a team in the past.
