We own several retail and private label brands of significance, including the national network of AIRR and Tuckers independent member stores. We also own a growing network of our own retail stores. Our team in Melbourne oversees every facet of each brand, and is looking for a talented, creative & motivated Graphic Designer on a permanent, full time basis. The successful candidate will be able to bring their own creative vision to life delivering industry leading campaigns across digital, print, labelling and packaging across our suite of brands. ResponsibilitiesThe Graphic Designer is responsible for designing print and digital marketing and communication materials to promote AIRR's retail & product brands, through: Creation and delivery of content across products, print, retail, POS, website, eDMs, social media and digital campaigns that are consistently industry leading;Working collaboratively with the marketing team to create ideas and concepts to help evolve our brands look and feel,
and on-going brand-keeping;Partnering with key stakeholders within the Group to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget (where relevant ) and with the outcome to improve performance across all platforms;Applying well developed analytical skills to review and evaluate designs and their effectiveness for a range of media;Owning the delivering of projects, while bringing new ideas and creative innovation, which are both high quality and on-schedule;Maintaining processes designed to manage our extensive asset & media library; andUnderstanding and designing brand and campaign guidelines About youTo be successful in this position you will require:Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design3 â 5 years' experience in a similar Graphic Design positionAdvanced level experience with the Adobe CC suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and AcrobatExcellent organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines, manage a high volume of incoming requests and deliver work to the highest qualityExceptional communication skills - both verbal and written, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisationAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentVideo Editing SkillsPhotography skills and experience and/or Agency experience will be looked upon favourably, however is not essential.
