Fabulous opportunity to work with a leading privately owned retail business that has been through a number of recent acquisitions.
Reporting to the Program Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal part as PM delivering solutions across the implementation of this enterprise data analytics solution. With awesome people management skills you will partner with a diverse group of stakeholders including the CEOs, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and more.
This project is as much about being tech savvy as having the skills to manage the business.
This role has a dotted line accountability to the GM - Insights who is building a team of data scientists and engineers to lead this transformation program.
The technology stack is AWS,
Snowflake & Power BI and will be working closely with the SI who are leading the platform build and have scoped the first application to be delivered.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years’ of experience as a PM in a small to mid size business
- Expertise implementing a Data Analytics solution – AWS, Snowflake, and Power BI preferred
- Sollid delivery of IT solutions with an SI and internal teams.
- Strong relationship skills to bridge the gap between the business, IT and vendors
- Excellent people management skills to manage conflicting ideas and requirements across the stakeholders in each brand to contain scope.
- Awesome verbal and written comms are a given
- Experience working in a small team-oriented, collaborative environment.
