THE ROLE

Our aim is to provide a high quality learn to swim program to our community. Be part of our team to:

- Deliver fun and engaging learn to swim classes

- Utilise innovative techniques to teach students from 3 years through to adults

- Collaborate and contribute to the success and quality of our Learn to Swim program.

ABOUT YOU

You are a people person who loves the water and the satisfaction on seeing people learn and progress. To be successful in this role you require:

- Excellent communication skills

- Availability to work weekday afternoons as well as Saturdays and/or Sundays.

- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Qualification

- First Aid Certificate with CPR.

- Working with Children Check.

- Right to work in Australia

ABOUT US

Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre (MUSAC) is a multi-purpose venue.



Our facilities include a 6-lane heated indoor pool, and an 8-lane outdoor heated Olympic-sized swimming pool.

Our learn to swim programs build essential water safety skills for children 6 months though to adults in small group or private sessions based on age and ability with the aim of making the water a fun and safe space.
