The team in our Tweed Heads South location are on the lookout for a Full Time receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday during business hours.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including :

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
