About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our expanding and high-performing marine team. This role will be key in providing preventative and corrective maintenance services for the Collins Class Submarines and overseeing workshop duties. You will provide input into system engineering review to improve reliability, maintainability and availability of the equipment and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the timely action of work.

Ideally you will have

- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Trade;
- Current Forklift licence and experience;
- Current ‘C’ Class manual drivers licence;
- High level of hydraulic and pneumatic system understanding;
- Understanding of submarine and ship systems.
