About the role

Mater Health have two exciting opportunities for experienced Physiotherapists to join Mater Health in a casual capacity to primarily assist within our Adult Acute areas. These positions are working on a varied roster including weekday, weekend and evening on-call.

Salary range: $34.33 - $51.88 (HP Level 3) per hour plus superannuation plus generous salary packaging available and penalty rates (when applicable)

What you’ll be doing

As an experienced Physiotherapist, your expertise will be invaluable to the multidisciplinary team in the areas in which you would work. You will work with Medical staff Nursing staff, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Speech Therapists, Dieticians and Pharmacists to ensure best patient outcomes are achieved.

About you

The successful applicant will possess:

- Experience, knowledge, and expertise as a Physiotherapist in Adult Acute
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional Physiotherapy clinical services of a complex nature, manage a varying caseload from day to day, and provide relevant clinical handover
- Strong and confident communication skills to ensure effective and professional interactions with patients, families, and colleagues at all times.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist




- Membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association is desirable but not essential
