What is the job?

We are seeking an Online Assistant Store Manager to assist in our Online Sales and Support Team. Some of the tasks involved, but not limited to are; assessing warranty claims, liaising with suppliers and our delivery partners. You shall work closely with our customers to provide the best outcomes. You will have valuable typing skills and be very comfortable helping customers with phone and online enquiries. All of our customers are planning or currently on holidays and just need help. Training shall be provided.
