6 month FTC Project Accountant opportunity with a reputable retail property management company

Your recent company
Hays is excited to be partnering with this leading retail property management company based in Melbourne CBD. They have recently seen some substantial growth and have expanded the team to keep up with the increased workload, due to an upcoming parental leave, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Project Accountant or similar for 6 months.

Your new role
Reporting to the Property Finance Manager and working alongside the property accounting team, you will be responsible for the following:

- Financial Reports & Monthly Management Reports - month end analysis and commentary
- Provide other various reporting and analytics with commercial insights and commentary




- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting
- Annual Budget and Business Plan preparation & presentations
- Financial modelling ad budgeting improvements
- Provide business partnering value adds to senior management and clients

What you'll need to succeed

- Property industry background or project accounting background will be highly desirable
- Stakeholder engagement skills with project managers
- CPA/CA qualified
- Great communication skills
