About the Role:

Exciting opportunity based out of our Sunshine West branch. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role to manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, and quality. You will lead a highly effective team, ensuring that all projects are successfully designed, built, and executed on time, on budget, and injury free.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain project documentation
- Track project performance
- Ensure that all team members have the required resources and training
- Represent NPE in concept, planning and progress meetings with key clients and projects (attending client sites, preparation of the scope of work)
- Review tender submissions
- Identity, review and manage commercial risk
- Prepare and conduct project hand overs
- Develop project management plans, execution plans, schedules, and other project related documentation




- Monthly reporting
- Maintain a project register, noting key risks to be monitored and managed specific to each contract
- Dealing with external/internal stakeholder demands, conflicts and change
- Develop budget estimates, project plans, drawings, and prepare tender submissions in collaboration with key stakeholders

Skills and experience:

Essential:

- Current C-Class Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated experience in a Project Manager (or similar) position
- Demonstrated understanding of project estimating and earned value calculations

Desirable:

- Experience in the Rental, Mining, Construction or Heavy industries
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Mining, Business Management or similar
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 (or similar)
- Knowledge of dewatering, pumping system design, pipeline design and installation
- Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince 2)
