ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This top tier national builder is well known and respected in the building industry for their pristine reputation, operating across Australia and delivering projects across multiple sectors. This firm specialises in the delivery of high-end fitout and refurbishment projects including prestige commercial, hospitality, retail, industrial, and all types of remedial building works. Having several well established relationships with high profile clients, this well known top tier company has secured a number of exciting projects across their specialised sectors. As such, they are seeking to employ a driven Project Manager with robust aspirations to oversee the delivery of current and future pipeline of projects within their Sydney delivery team.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Your position will see you liaising with a pre-established high functioning and collaborative Team. You will be responsible for all end to end deliverables on the project, and will be leading your project team with ensuring the successful delivery of your project on time, budget, and quality. These projects range from $1M - $20M.

DUTIES.

- Oversee fitout & refurb projects valued up to $20M
- Mentor and guide team members
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Report project progress to the Project Director of the NSW division

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.





- Minimum 5 years of relevant Project Management experience
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
