About you

- has demonstrated experience managing a retail store and driving sales

- able to identify the opportunities for improvement within the store
- Available to work on the weekends (both sat & sun)

The role

You will be responsible for:

- building and maintaining customer rapport, attracting customers and maintaining fantastic relationship with them
- ensure that all staff are fully trained and equipped with desired skills and education about the product and sales techniques, and continue to monitor their development
- leading the team to meet and exceed KPIs
- work with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions, taking a consultative approach to selling
- engage with customers and provide expert advice
