Maroochy Surf Outlet is a looking for a Retail Store Manager. We stock Surf Clothing and Accessories at discounted prices. We also stock Softboards, Skateboards, Accessories and Surf Accessories for the entire family. We promote a friendly, team-orientated culture, taking outstanding pride to deliver great service and great discounts to our customers. Maroochy Surf Outlet store is a sister store to the Kawana Surf Outlet which has been operating on the Sunshine Coast for the past 8 years as well as Noosa Surf Outlet and Hervey Bay Surf Outlet.

The Role

As the store Manager,

- you will lead and drive sales for the Outlet store by having great customer service skills,
- maintain high levels of visual presentation throughout the store while coaching and developing your team.
- relationship building will be an essential part of your role with the various reps and the community.
- you will need to be across all facets of Retail Management including Sales, Merchandising,



Stock Management and People Management.

To be successful you need

- a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail role with proven results
- have a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment
- history of outstanding customer service skills and creating instore experiences
- leading by example and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- have strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead your team to reach their potential.
- have excellent computer & communication skills
- an affinity with the beach lifestyle
- being able to surf yourself would be preferred as it makes the selling of wetsuits and Surfing accessories easier
