What do we need?

Full Time Seller that treats the store as their own business. You will have a strong customer service focus and understand that being part of a team is your biggest asset.

You're a hands on seller, motivator, team player and results focused champion.

You measure by KPI's but also understand that the customers experience is always the most significant piece of the puzzle.





We love developing our teams into Leaders and would love to see this candidate move into a full time Assistant Manager role.

Our focus is purely on the customer experience, we train our staff to identify issues and provide solutions and leave our customers feeling educated from a brand they can trust.

- Proven experience selling in a retail store

- Motivating and uplifting demeanour
- Experience working towards KPI's
- Eye for detail and appreciation of VM standards
- Stock management
- A serious love of seeing a customer walk out smiling

Rosters are flexible but we work towards a Monday – Sunday.
