Senior Change Manager – Office of the Managing Director | Sydney - NSW

Reporting to the 'Senior Change Manager - Execution and Partnering’ within the Allianz Enterprise Change Management Practice, this 12 mth fixed term contract Senior Change Manager role will lead a change team to deliver the people experience strategy for the Business Transformation project. There is a high chance this role will be extended given the duration of the program.

This Transformation project is a multi-year program of work to align Allianz’s products and business operations with our strategic ambitions.

This is a holistic business transformation in which we are re-imagining, re-building and simplifying our business products and processes for the future, with the customer at the heart of the re-design.

You'll be responsible for:
• Developing the Change Strategy and Approach for the program to ensure employees impacted will be ready, willing, and able to support customers in their current environment, products, and associated changes to technology.




• Leading the People Stream to ensure the Transformation Program People Stream delivers a connected and aligned experience for people across the people stream disciplines (Change, Communications & Learning & Development), laterally leading across Learning & Development and Communications.
• Managing the change budget and ensure change implementation is managed within budget
• Proactively identify, reporting, and managing people risks and issues
• Contributing towards change management maturity and capability through design and delivery of content to support divisional change leader plans and programs, whilst actively partnering and coaching the project team and project sponsors on change management.
• Applying the AAL change management approach and methodology.

Important to your success:
• Certification or demonstrated competency in application of at least one formal change methodology.
• Experience managing enterprise scale and complex change programs and projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
• Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
• High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy, with an ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
• Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
• Strong personal integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to transition seamlessly between strategy and execution as required.
