Your new role
As a Solution Architect at Aurora Energy, you will lead the charge in driving the organisation's digital transformation and elevating its digital capabilities. Your primary objective will be to ensure that digital transformation initiatives meet business needs, enhance the customer experience, and are built on a strong technical foundation.

Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing solution architectures for both applications and digital platforms, with a keen eye on both immediate objectives and long-term strategic goals. In pursuit of these objectives, you will bring a customer-centric approach, driving business transformation and elevating the customer experience by delivering innovative digital solutions that align with contemporary architectural and design principles. Effective collaboration with key stakeholders, including marketing, product development, cloud and integration engineers, customer experience, and customer service teams, will be a critical success factor in your role.

What you'll need to succeed

Essential

- Proven ability to work in architecture and software development fields,



with expertise in web development, integration, data analytics/insights and cloud technology.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate, influence and key stakeholders.
- Technical expertise in web application development ideally with a background in React Native, C#/.NET, and Azure technologies.
- Knowledge of financial models and budgeting to estimate project costs, support business case development and funding requests.
- A strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, always staying up to date with the latest technologies and trends.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies to work on digital initiatives, customer-facing apps and websites, and automating customer-facing activities.
- Knowledge with MarTech, sales, and CX to effectively support business units, to enhance the customer experience.

Desirable

- Completed or working towards architectural framework certifications such as TOGAF.
- Experience with Python and C++ experience within a data analytic and low-level coding understanding.
