A little bit about the role...

Endeavour Foundation is a member of Charitable Recycling Australia (CRA) which promotes the impact of the charitable reuse, recycling and retail sector. As our Shift Supervisor,you will lead a small team and coordinate the day to day recycling and functions of the facility, you will also:

Provide full supervision and leadership over all staff at the site during the relevant shift to ensure all objectives are met

Supervising and working alongside people with disability and assisting them to achieve their work goals

Understand recycling operations, recognise recyclable items and embrace the need to reduce landfill.

You have experience using MS Office i.e. Excel, Word etc. to provide information and reports to site and operation managers

Liaise with Endeavour Recycle Manager to assist contractors,



external suppliers and/or council or government representatives as required to ensure their requests are met

What will you bring to the role?

Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team

Physically fit due to the demands of the role

Experience supervising a small team

A high level of Workplace Health & Safety knowledge and be vigilant of risks and hazards at all times

A Manual drivers License (essential)

Hold a current/Willing to obtain a Forklift Ticket

Waste Management experience would beneficial

Ability to work every second weekend on a set roster
