About the role

The Partnership Project Manager (data) will provide end-to-end business project management support to the Transition Office, Agreement Leads and business core function leads for transition out and stand up projects. This is not a technology project manager role, but rather a role focussed on providing business project
management to projects with a heavy data component. This role will work in collaboration with other resources,
namely technology project resources who are accountable for the tech delivery components of projects

Responsibilities

- Detailed planning, managing the direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of assigned projects following standard project management and delivery framework
- Maintaining project alignment with accomplishing strategic business and technology objectives
- Managing project stakeholders




- Ensuring alignment between the non-tech and tech project components
- Consolidate and align on the current state understanding around Partnership Data Issues -> reflecting challenges and pain points; as well as aspects that are currently working well
- Identify areas of improvement that can be affected in the near term -> quick wins, business centric solutions
- Identify areas of improvement that will require support for resolution -> including developing legal position, process and clarifying R&R; and prioritising the resolution of critical open business data issues
- Work with the tech project manager to ensure a smooth delivery of technical components of the solution

About you

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Relevant formal qualifications and certifications, or working towards same eg Cert IV, PMBOK, PRINCE, AGILE
- Problem Solving & Solution Design Experience
- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise architecture
- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise capability and process models
- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise operating models
- Seasoned in stakeholder management - can quickly establish strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders: senior management to operational staff; business and technical staff; internal and external personnel
