Eureka Furniture is a family-owned Australian furniture and homewares business with 40 locations from Cairns to Victoria. Founded in 1986, we design, source, and retail high-quality recycled timber furniture, we also have and a wide range of lounges and homewares. With a unique approach to customer experience, we take pride in delivering durable products. We have a team of over 300 employees, with a firm understanding that our success is a result of the amazing, talented team we have across all areas of the business, from warehousing, purchasing, finance, administration to our retail superstars!

Tasks & responsibilities

- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, driving sales and managing the administrative needs of the showroom
- You will be responsible for the management of cost control, including labour, delivery recovery and incidentals
- You will be responsible for ensuring retail sales growth on last year and the achievement of budgets
- You be responsible for creating a culture of inclusivity, respect and fun, aligning with the family values of the Eureka family




- You will work effectively with other areas of the business to ensure that the Aspley team are adhering to compliance, policy and practices of the business
- You will lead monthly performance reviews with your teams, celebrating wins and identifying areas of chance, while adhering to Fairwork guidelines around performance management

Qualifications & experience

- 2 years previous experience in a retail management role, furniture ideal but not essential
- Previous experience working with Pronto would be advantageous but not essential
