Job Description

Assist the retail and commercial buying teams in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Respond and resolve all queries related to the end-to-end supply chain raised by internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Exceptional computer skills with command on emails and freshdesk
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy




- Prior Supply Chain and Microsoft Navision experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritise

Additional Information

- Raise purchase orders, send by email and EDI
- Update pricing (Invoice, RRP and Promotional pricing, initial base price for R&D;)
- New item creation and management, publishing and ordering
- Process requests to content.
- Load sell thrus and other rebates
- Respond to suppliers regarding pricing and other order issues
- Submit requests for content to publish
- Place opening orders with suppliers
- Follow up on outstanding POs, deliveries and booking
- Cancel purchase orders that will not be supplied or are not required
- Update stock status on products
- Create interstate and interbusiness transfer orders
- Resolve emails in freshdesk queues directed to the supply chain team
