About the role
This role would suit a passionate, reliable team player who can lead the team to achieve great sales results, provide exceptional customer experiences and importantly create a great atmosphere where your team will thrive and enjoy coming to work.
As the leader of our Geelong store (this opportunity doesn't come up too often), you will be an ambassador for our company values and embody our great company culture together but have fun along the way.
You will have the skills to deliver the following:
• Drive success in your team through ongoing training, mentoring together with providing ongoing feedback whilst working closely with your Regional Manager to build a highly effective team
• Create an empowering team environment to deliver outstanding results
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and build a loyal customer network
• Initiate and implement strategies to achieve KPI's and maintain a profitable business
• Provide a supportive and engaging environment for the team
What we ask you to bring to the role:
• Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team (minimum 3 years)
• Proven ability to engage and motivate your team to achieve KPIs
• A passion for retail and providing superior customer experiences
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• An abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to build outstanding team dynamics
• Experience in recruitment and developing your team
• Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster
