Full time Store Manager needed for Women's fashion store in Sutherland Shire. Have every second weekend off!

Your new company
Lead a small team and manage a Women's fashion store. The successful applicant will have previous retail experience as they will be accountable for the end to end operations of the store. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your drive and initiative.

Your current role

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the team to drive our sales and meet our goals
- Creating a great dialogue with our customers to understand their needs
- Styling customers to ensure they look and feel great
- Create internal and external events activities to drive awareness and sales
- Mentor and motivate our high-performing team to improve their sales skills and the customer experience




- Manage inventory and visual merchandising of the store
- Manage monthly rosters to ensure they are costed within hours budgets.
