About Guest Relations:

The Guest Relations team will be dedicated to providing the building community with exceptional service, understanding each customer and anticipating their needs on a daily basis. They will make people’s workdays more rewarding and efficient by facilitating services and anticipating requirements for the occupants of the premium asset such as loaning an umbrella on a wet day, arranging dry cleaning, or making a lunch meeting reservation.

The Guest relations officer connects service with performance, you will come to the premium site each day with a purpose, being part of team and a culture delivering a word class hospitality and commercial precinct.

The Opportunity:

Customer & Visitor Engagement

- Actively greet and welcome all customers and visitors and orientate them to the asset.
- Customer and visitor check in as required.
- Monitor for safety and security issues at points of entry with all arrivals.
- Active concierge desk presence and functionality, offering a range of services including but not limited to VIP / guest check-in and visitor or temporary customer access pass assistance as required




- Provide orientation and inductions including tours for new customers and their staff to spaces, services and amenity.

Concierge Engagement and Duties

- Intermittent and scheduled roving presence throughout FOH areas including monitoring use of space by customers.
- Monitoring cleanliness and presentation of FOH and reporting maintenance issues.
- Reporting on the use of FOH, ensuring that it remains fit for purpose and meets customer needs.
- Assisting customers with access to wi-fi in the lobby and the utilisation of any digital service available in common areas.
- Lodge work orders and/or liaising with Building Management team to rectify R&M; items as required
- Facilitating and encouraging customer feedback both formally/informally and sharing direct feedback with the Building Management team to improve service delivery

Place Management

- Oversight of lobby operations and guest experience
- Maintain productive / beneficial relationships with retail partners, wellness, activation and other program third-party providers, cleaning and security providers.
- Maintain regular meetings with the Building Management team.
- Coordination and curation of lobby activations and programming in conjunction with the Building Management team, ensuring appropriate setup and breakdown of spaces as required.
- Coordinate and manage all digital signage and wayfinding ensuring the correct information is displayed at all times
- Promoting registration on the NOW app amongst the community

Hospitality Services

- Coordination of a range of high-quality hospitality-centric services e.g. dry cleaning, event advice and bookings, transportation,



local direction / guidance, umbrella provision and storage
- Assistance with catering bookings and deliveries and liaison with customers and providers
- Provide cloaking, and storage of luggage, coats, umbrellas and other small items for customer’s VIPs / guests
- Curation of the Front of House including but not limited to monitoring and replenishing flower arrangements, newspapers, magazines, books, collateral, other display items and consumables where required.

About you:

The Guest Relations Officer will surprise and delight customers, build a strong rapport with all stakeholders and deliver best-in-class services and recommendations. They will have a flair for creating ‘magic moments’, encouraging engagement and anticipating unspoken needs; they will have crafted a sense of community within premium asset. They will be a true ambassador for the building and its values, with an in-depth knowledge of the precinct and an ownership of their working environment.

Ideal skills and experience required:

- Exceptional presentation skills
- Minimum 12 months in a customer facing role – such as corporate reception, hotel, hospitality etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Passion for solving problems for customers, and diplomatic approach to handling customer complaints
- Tech savvy to be able to manage a variety of online tools, booking systems, and a building App
